Sub flooring should be 3/8 plywood to keep from warping and flexing .
If you are looking for a smooth white ceiling material ; there are several styles of bathroom paneling that will give you a smooth bright white surface that will bend with the roof curve . Home Depot even has a plastic joiner piece for these panels . _________________ 63 two fold rag

I did check the Home depot white material to be used in bathrooms but is not smooth, has some surface that will attract dirt..
Did you use anything below the floor plywood?
the sink furniture was made by you? looks great.. is a stove in there?
