No, I have a bunch of each style & they are uniform.
One of which is definitely hammered & the joint really separated (splayed out & to the side). It's unlikely one would deform in-plane (joint stay tight), but for all my similar "A"/"B" style to deform in pretty much only one or two ways (evenly) is unlikely. _________________ aka: Evan

I think it is a Foyer tent pole bag. I measured the longest pole in the set and it is just a little shorter than 160cm long! _________________ 1971 Deluxe Sunroof Bay 1905 stroker, dual idf40's, 74mm Scat forged crank, engle 110 cam. CB 044 heads, AutoCraft rockers, chromoly push rods

Just came into possession of this gem. Looks to be complete, and will try to assemble once the weather cooperates! Even has the rail and bags for tent, poles, and stakes!! The colors are vibrant, the screens are perfect, and I haven't been able to find any tears.

Quick question for the tent gurus: how many pieces is the striped side tent? I found one that has 4 pieces (no poles) |

The large side tent (privvy) is four pieces. Top canopy, front piece, rear piece, and large side piece. The rear may or may not have a bathroom attached. What color is it? _________________ Brandon |

Does anyone have any tips on the best way to get a big top tent back in its bag? Is there a proper way to fold it? I've muscled mine back in a few times now and I just started wondering if there's a secret. _________________ Oil Capital Air Cooled

Check out this video from Helmut. You can see how he unfolds his tent starting at about 1:14.
This should give you an idea of the best way to fold it up

We got this pile of stakes, guy ropes and, loop stakes all in a bag with a snap.
The stakes say made in Germany and the aluminum guy pieces do too.
We also got the piece that attaches between the rain gutter and the tent. It's very similar to the one we have with our 1966 SO44 big top tent
Also what appears to be a tent pole bag.
Can someone help ID them? Are they bay window or splitwindow? |

I haven't looked at mine in years but that looks like the boot for a big top 65-67 Westy. _________________ Your Vanagon sucks, Stop waving at me.

The Bay rain gutter one has a big ol' honkin' fat exaggerated gutter profile vinyl strip that slips/holds over the gutter. |
