I agree. That does look like a CGI image. Either that or a photo that has been airbrushed. The surfaces are too 'clean' and the shadows give it a satin look (no reflections). The lights don't look right either. The bullets look domed rather than flat at the ends and the headlights are too round. Also, everything is in perfect focus, even the castings in the headlight lenses.
And if was real, I reckon that the cameraman would have been under it when it landed.

Yes, this is 100% a video game image.
A google search says it's from Gran Turismo 5 but I cannot confirm that.
From the searches I did it sounds like someone did that image as some sort of photoshop contest but I think it was based on a vehicle from the game.

It's a LHD judging by the cargo doors,I'm guessing it was imported in '70-'71.In those days you got a number plate for the year of import,not the age of the vehicle. |

Ahh, that makes sense for a nearly-new import. Today we all want to get a year-correct registration. Back then a new registration on a second-hand car would probably have seemed pretty cool.
Been trying to work out what the first word is in the 'of leicester' sentence. Looks like 'Unit' or 'Elnit', but the font makes the first letter(s) unreadable at that angle.
