What are these?

I'm going through parts I've had stashed away for a couple of decades and came across these. They were in a box with split bus parts. Perhaps camper brackets of some sort?

Tent mounts from an Alabama Camper, i believe they're the tallest ones around! They made these kits in bay windows too.

They were available on other non-Westy campers as well. A friend had them on a '62 DD Caravelle.
