There were some on ebay not too long ago. I'll keep an eye out for you too. |

What are the weight restrictions in one of these. Anyone ever have problems using one? Safety concerns? |

I haven't had any issues with weight. I'd day if they can climb the ladder to get in then they should be ok. |

Here's a cool ad of one on a bug too

Earlier ad. The fold up chairs look to be a later option and Camp otel logo changed. You can see it on the roof top of the bug. |

Ok so I found the later style logo to compare with early logo.

I realize this topic is several years old, but I'm hoping someone can help?
We camped in my parents' Camp'otel for a long time, first on top of a '67 Mustang Fastback!
It's been hanging in an outdoor garage for many years now, but as they are preparing to sell the property, it came to my attention again.
I'd love to know if anyone has access to a pattern for reproduction canvas to refurbish it and get it back to 100%?
It has the full spectrum of accessories, including the sling camp chairs and kitchen.

Check out boat canvas makers in your area. They should be able to fab one up with the remains of what you have. |
