Sandwiched between several wildernesses ~ Glacier National Park to the west, Waterton National Park to the north, Spotted Bear Wilderness, Badger-Two Medicine, Bob Marshall all to the south and east...lovely spot. The campground, not-so-wildernessy...

Taylor Park, CO. Drove over Cottonwood Pass in rain and hail and drove down a little rough track for some dispersed camping. Maybe not the best idea for a muddy exit with 2WD, but made it safe, sound, and dirty to Crested Butte.

Long summer waiting for temps to drop and a few small electrical issues to get fixed... But couldn't be more excited to take Betty out to see the colors this weekend

Hardly the wilderness compared to other areas in the country but it was quite nice at Lincoln Woods, R.I., this past Sunday. Even used the stove for the first time!

Just spent a few weeks exploring Nova Scotia’s Cape Breton Island, Bay of Fundy, Acadia National Park, and more.
Saw a lot of beautiful country, and had a few opportunities for wilderness camping along the way.
View of Acadia NP's Cadillac Mountain, from nearby Schoodic Peninsula
Stealth camping on Isle Verte, Quebec.

In the PNW, you camp every November like it may be the last. Today's a glorious day in the Cascades (north of Leavenworth, looking west, thats Big Jim mtn).
