I just thought of a story about an estate sale I went to 25 years ago. A friend and I made a habit in those days of going out for breakfast on Saturday morning then hitting a sale or two in the summer. He brought his young daughter along to a place where there were limited numbers of people allowed in at a time. He is an absolute VW guru, and at almost the same time, from the front porch we spotted a bud vase laying on a shelf in the living room. Of course we both called it. The lady usher person eventually came to the door and said she'd let 5 more in. I was number 4 and he was 5. Yup, his daughter was 6! He got hosed and I got the mint condition Blumenthal. _________________

My Dad was a Doctor.
I can't tell you how how much of my life with him I spent waiting in the car.
But there were a few highlights, once he left me in the Doctor's library, and a bone crusher came in to review x-rays of a job he had done.
I told him I thought the X-rays were cool,
and he proceeded to spend the next hour showing me x-rays of bones & stuff he had screwed back together. _________________ Good Luck
