The pieces I am talking about is the long rubber that the door glass to rolls up to. Any good ideas on how to install easy ? I did one side last fall by sliding it up from the bottom and it was a hell of a job !! There must be a better way.

Easiest way is to start one edge of the lip of the seal into the groove of the channel, sit in the car and working away from the quarter window post and work towards the front of the car, using a plastic non marring tool, or a small flat screwdriver (carefully) push the other lip into the channel, it just kind of fits into place..You can use a bit of painter's tape to keep the weight of the seal from falling out until you get along far enough..you will also have to cut for length and cut the angle where it meets the bottom of the front pillar to the window frame..best to do this when the seal is installed..kind of sketchy though,I don't like using sharp tools anywhere near paint. The way I did mine, which seemed painless..
Hope this helps

Have a look at this "sticky".

It's a bummer of a job. I've practised using old rubber but I'm going to have to do the job properly some time soon.

I used a small screw driver , started at the back and worked forwards. Put the back in the track and worked the front in with the screw driver. Took less than ten minutes. Didn't like the way it was back by the pop out window so I redid it. I wish i did the other side like this , that one took about an hour.
