The only markings I can find are C7094 on the inside of the rim. They have push through center caps shaped like bullets that have American Racing stickers on them, but I question if the stickers are original.

I recall, when I was a kid, there was a local 1303 with these on. They were only ever referred to as "mags". No idea of manufacturer, sorry. |

Lots of companies made those "slot mags" Ansen "Sprints" were the originals, but American racing, US Indy, Appliance and many others made similar wheels. Ansen and US Indy had screw on wheel caps but I have seen some American racing versions with push in or screw on caps.
American Racing still makes a similar wheel.
Do an internet search for "slot mag" or "Ansen Sprint" and you'll find lots of pictures from many different makers. Ansen usually stamped their name on them but not all makers did.
I have a set of the US Indy: _________________ Brian
