I gotta get some of that Backseat Berner! Otter Creek won't respond to my emails though...

Talk about a coincidence .... I opened this forum just as I sat down to dinner with a Backseat Berner
I checked and the PostOffice won't deliver alcohol, however if it comes in cans one could always claim it's car wax
If it helps, PM me and I'll send you a label or a box from a 12 pack

Beers, Buses and MTB racing at the 12 Hours of Mesa Verde. Our team is sponcered by Ska Brewing. They paid for the entry fee, gave us race jerseys, water bottles and 2 cases of beer!
We are camping tonight and tomorrow at the event. We got a really great camp spot right at after scoring where teams members switch, it's called solo ally. _________________ __________

This is the thread for me! Just bought a 1968 Bus to showcase my Irish Pub which will turn into a brewpub this fall and winter! Submitted my brewing application and hope to get it back soon! Meanwhile, I will be tinting these windows and adding graphics to some windows as I am not doing a wrap over this paint. Contemplating on adding a 4 tap beer system to connect my kegs when I am at craft beer events. I attach tap handles to outside and the van is my backdrop when consumers approach my booth.

Has it been a year ? Here we are again at the local gentlemen's club, Rumble in the Rust Belt. Pictured here with my 1970 Westy, is Savanna, along with Cintra Mantra from Otter Creek and a Coors light. Also my award for Best Euro in the September Cruise. Funny thing I checked their FB page to see who won awards, 'cause me , my friend's Ghia and a Bently were the only imports, this is how the discussion went:
R. H. Riviera won classic import went to the skyline best paint went to the guy in evolution
Ray L. How can Riviera win Classic Import ??? Made in USA
The Body Shop Car Events: The Riviera is in France...
Ray L. But Buick is in USA
The Body Shop Car Events: Really Ray...really?
So..... I lost Best Import to a Riviera ???? I guess one of the girls gave the awards
Anyway here are the pics:
if you look closely there is a rainbow coming into the photo from the top left. _________________ 1979 Type I Convertible |

Mystery engine from a Spray Coupe I found on a farm in Minnesota. The engine in my single cab was being weird, leaking from pushrod tubes, and occasionally making strange sounds. An oil change revealed a slight hint of the dreaded silver slurry. Time to move on.
The farm fresh gamble decided not to pay off. Got it running, but with a strange thumping sound. Found out the bellhousing of my shell tranny was not clearanced enough and the pressure plate rivets were hammering away on the boss around the clutch arm bushing. But it ran. Barely.
With a touch of a die grinder, a major tweak of timing, and a chunk of wire to tie the choke shut, I got it running and smokin' away. But not smoothly. A compression test revealed 0 compression on #3. Valve train is moving fine, and the piston is pushing just as much air as #4. My bet is on a burnt valve. Pretty sure I have a used single port head around here somewhere.
With respect to the upcoming Vintage Meet in Seattle, I cooled off with a Redhook ESB.
