Cleaning versus......preservation.
This works for both...but more for preservation without greasy funk like armor all and others ....I have been using Blue Magic leather wnd vinyl cleaner.

Do not use degreasers like simple green. Bear in mind that vinyl starts outgassing the day it is born. With 40 year old vinyl.....it will have a half life even if it seems to be in good shape.
In a pinch for greasy spots goof off will work good. Mainly because it flashes off very fast so it does no damage....but test it first.
Let it dry well between applications. Ray |
