what does this actually do?
it seems you can even made it handmade and doesn't need necessarily to buy. |

The ad says "..keeps the canvas from being caught in your pop top hinge.."

Honestly I have seen these for sale for years. I have to question the whole "rare German accessory" part of the ad. I have seen just about every accessory ever made for a Westy and this was never one of them. I bought a set of these from another vendor and sent them back. Only because I am a purist. Sure they are a good idea. They prevent your canvas from getting effed up if you are not careful about putting your top down. |
