Samantha Bigotto (on THE SAMBA, samsworkstation) purchased a Hybrid starter from me in or around May 2016. It was installed and she left positive feedback, HAPPY CUSTOMER FROM ITALY. In December she informed me the starter was intermittently failing to start the engine and she wanted me to send her a full refund including shipping to Italy, however, she refused send the starter back for repair because she did not want to spend the money to ship it back. She told me if I did not send her a cash refund she would, report me to the IRS for fraud, sue me in court and post negative feedback on THE SAMBA.

She has sent me over 20 nasty emails threatening me with everything she could think to damage me and every excuse imaginable why she would not send the starter back for repair. My take on this, the starter works fine and she thought she could extort money out of me. Today I filed a complaint with the FBI for FENONY BASCKMAIL AND EXTORTION.

I DID NOT REFUSE TO SEND YOU THE STARTER, AND YOU CAN ALSO HEAR ME SAY SO ON THE RECORDED TELEPHONE CONVERSATION. I SAID I WOULD SEND YOU THE STARTER, minus the shipping as I would cover that (this also can be clearly heard on the recorded telephone conversation!!.
Get the story straight, yes i did purchase in may, but you know that i did not get around to installing it until october, the car ran well for aprox. a few weeks then it started to grind again and as if that wasn't enough the pinion was having a hard time disengaging, as you could here a draging sound after the car had been turned on. YOU BLAIMED ME FOR NOT EVER SENDING YOU A RECODING OF THE CAR GRINDING, YOU NEVER ASKED, AND YOU SAID THIS ONLY AFTER YOU HAD TOLD ME TO REPLACE THE STARTER AND THE STARTER HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT! (this was also said in the recorded conversation)

WAYNE JOHNSON HAS SUGGESTED THAT THE BEST WAY TO TROUBLE SHOOT BY HIS STARTER HAD DEVELOPED THE GRINDING PROBLEM WOULD BE BY PROCESS OF ELIMINATION, THE FIST THING BEING REINSTALLING THE ORIGINAL 6V STARTER WITH A NEW PINION, SINCE THE RING GEAR OF THE FLYWHEEL HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED. I FOLLOWED HIS INSTRUCTIONS (ALL THIS IS CAN BE HEARD ON THE RECORDED TELEPHONE CONVERSATION!!!!!).
I TRIED TO LOCATE A PINION HERE IN ITALY BUT IT SEEMS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE, SO I PURCHASED A NEW STARTER FROM SOCALAUTOPARTS, SINCE THEY ARE SO CHEAP. I INSTALLED AND GUESS WHAT? NO GRINDING!!! SO WHY DID I INSTALL A SOCALAUTOPARTS STARTER? BECAUSE IF THAT WOULD HAVE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM, BEING ALSO A 12V STARTER INSTEAD OF A 6 V, I WOULD NOT HAVE TO REMOVE AND DO ANY MORE WORK THEREFORE NO MORE SPENDING MONEY.
