Here is an item I found a little while back. It is a gas can I have not seen before. It has a VW part number sticker on it with the numbers 000 093 031
It is dated 1973. Does anyone have more info on it?

Corey- is that for a Bay camper? I don't know how long blue has been the standard for kerosene in the US- but I keep thinking about camping fuel...
Or, accessory for the wonderful new water cooled cars coming out for "74? _________________

Bus Pilots can only camp for a few hours on that amount of fuel.
How about Volkswagen's commercial (bigger rigs, lorries, etc.) division? _________________

That is great. Thank you. I have now installed my fill tube in its proper stowed position.
What book is that from?

When was that printed/made? I'm just a bit surprised poly tanks go back that far. _________________

Bwaaa.
I poopoo it in 13 and want one in 17
But this new one isn't exactly like the one below.
So I went ahead and made a deal with Corey for this blue plastic can. I was mesmerized by the og tags on it Cleaned and fixed them too.
