Sorry for the lateness, No the front springs are not marked, unlike the rear bars that are stamped L & R.

With the wider tire you also have more braking force applied by the front tires so you will experience more weight transfer. IF you can still fit the stock tires you had before try them again and see what happens and then the bigger tires. That will tell you ultimately if its a front suspension problem or a result of bigger, grippier tires.

Another option if there is enough room between tyre and shocks is to try coil over shocks.
That way the coil overs will add to the overall front end stiffness.

If you've got the budget you could get some quality units that might allow separate bump and rebound damping adjustment.
