Above the hanger is a broken seat belt hook. The hook on the lower end is broken off. There were replacements available not long ago.

This video kinda sucks but it shows what the first pic is used for as well as any Euro doodad you can think of, like a vac or a air pump.

That power socket is a Euro-standard. You don't need adapters, there are tons of things out there that plug into it as is or you can buy a plug to replace the US style cigarette lighter plug with the Euro plug.

Note that the Euro plug is still widely used on BMW motorcycles especially but motorcycles generally as well. Plugs and devices are widely available through motorcycle outlets (including fun moto stuff like heated jackets).

I have also heard that John Deere uses the Euro socket so I'm not sure what accessories they have available but it might be worth a look.

Check out powerlet.com for some ideas, they make/sell stuff mostly for the Euro socket.

I have bought multiple products from Powerlet and made adaptors to 12 v cords and extensions from the FLAPs

Those hooks are actually for your seat belt to hang on. The plastic one is broken and you can order replacements from Bus Depot or other places. The metal one is an add-on maybe for a coat or to replace the broken seat belt hook. I use mine everyday I drive it to hang the non-retractable seatbelt on when I get out of the bus.

Edit; I see this was already answered above.

I'm not sure I want to go converting things, since I have a cigarette lighter socket mounted a couple inches to the left of silver socket, but for anyone who does, powerlet.com has a plug you can use. Just cut off the cigarette lighter plug and use their plug.
