You can occasionally find Dometic / Smeg sink / stove combos on eBay.

For T2-T4 weekenders, I find the one burner/sink combo particularly useful because you can restrict the surface area of the cabinet / unit supporting this to a fairly narrow tower.

Small towers give you a lot of flexibility - they can be taken out to cook outside on picnic table and/or give you interior room to keep rear seats or allow for more space when the bed is out.

If you already have a full camper westy, then I'm not sure the small ones make sense.
