I bought one of these Ketzal pocket hangers for my Vanagon and decided after seeing Notchboy's question in the thread that I was actually more interested in putting it in my Bus than the Vanagon.
The headrest sizes, post spread is similar, but the Baywindow has the large headrest posts. They do not fit through the grommets on the Ketzal product though.
I have a set of black Vanagon headrests that I thought I would try. I pulled the headrest guides out of a late Vanagon seat and they fit perfect in the Bus seat back. The spread was a little off, but I was able to put the headrest in about half way down.
Unhappy with this, I pulled the grommets out of my Ketzal and it fit pretty nicely just using the stock green headrest.
