|
|
Can a 4 spider gear diff be swapped into the diff housing? I assume so if I use the axle flanges that bolt to the splined shafts? Seems the 3.3 subie has over powered the current 2 spider unit and distroyed my current unit.
Can any one confirm? _________________ Check Out the Bus Luv fB fan page...

So that would be a diff from a manual transmission with the outputs from the automatic?
I'm not sure the crown wheel will bolt onto it, but that's just from what I saw, I haven't tried it. _________________ Silicone Steering Boots and 930 Cv boots for sale in the classifieds.

Or change out side gears in 4 gear diff to the automatic type?
Just trying to come up with better option on the diff now...
High dollar LSD unit would be cool, its just way out of budget...
So here starts the saga of how to fix/improve the 2.1 auto diff section...
Gotta call Transaxle Engineering Tuesday and see what they say... _________________ Check Out the Bus Luv fB fan page...
