Front Brake Star Adjuster Spring 211609185A

Question,

For the front brake: the thin, flat metal piece (attached to the square bracket that holds the adjusting stars) that holds the adjusting stars in place. Is that flat metal piece available as a separate part to purchase? Hope that makes sense.
