I recently bought some Deano valve covers from him. A really good price. I contacted him for some particular photos (the interior of the valve covers as well as the mating surfaces). Without hesitation he sent me the photos. I did not negotiate because is price was very fair especially for the condition of the valve covers.

He sent me the tracking number as soon as he shipped them and they arrived in a timely manner
