It's possible for me to have a good luck on a 67 21 window Laughing Laughing . Since i have all parts to restore my 60 and i have a front narrowed an adjustable beam and dropped spindles for my 60. Is it possible to swap it on a 21 windows without much modification? Also, did my steering box from my 60 will bolt on this 67?

Thanks to all... i will keep you up to date!!!

For front beam:
What i need to know is if all holes will line up...
Probably i will have to weld a steering dampner on the frame like my 60?

I'm so excited only to think of a 21 windows in my driveway!!!

Ready are you? What know you of ready? For eight hundred years have I trained Jedi. My own counsel will I keep on who is to be trained. A Jedi must have the deepest commitment, the most serious mind. This one a long time have I watched. All his life has he looked away... to the future, to the horizon. Never his mind on where he was. Hmm? What he was doing. Hmph. Adventure. Heh. Excitement. Heh. A Jedi craves not these things. You are reckless.

1) If that frame is so far gone, get a bus with the beam you are looking for.

2) It's not rocket science, grassyass hopper. It's just a swap. Take one out, put other one in. Other than the fact they are heavy and cumbersome to handle, YOU can do the job yourself but it would help to have a friend assist you.

Good luck on your quest. Cool

I don't have problem to install a beam. The fact is i'm presently restoring a 60 and i have all my parts and my 60 front beam narrowed and adjustable. I had a chance to look at a 67 21 windows. I would like to drive the 67 this summer with a narrowed beam (put my 60 beam on) But i don't bought that 21 window i see yesterday because the frame is too much gone. So i will continue to work on my 60

Thanks for your help with the Redux Boxes, Pyro. I still have that beam in the back of my SC that I need to swap out. I'll be sure to give you a call when I get back in town.

You do that. However, let's do that job at my place rather than at "the parking lot"! Wink
