I just picked up a set of Polaris RZR seats today, I've seen several sets of mounts online (none are cheap). But I want to ensure I buy the appropriate ones, I've seen several people that have installed these on these forums and want more info on what brackets they used. Any info is appreciated! |

Since the RZR is it's own design, I could not find anything Automotive that was a direct bolt up, at the time. I made a "structure" that bolted to the seat and then allowed for some generic seat tracks to bolt up to the structure. Just 1 inch rectangular and square tubing.
That was 5 years ago and about 10 buggy builds ago, so I do not remember the seat track brands, or where got them from. In looking at the pictures, they look to have been used and came to me from where I just cannot remember. Key is to get a set, and make them work for you.
Here is that buggy on this past Saturday at Manx At The Glen event at Watkins Glen NY. Still has the RZR seats in it, but a very good upholster changed out the head rest for a matched black to remove the "RZR" on the seat. One of the most comfortable seats I have put in a buggy.

Man, are those as small as they look? A side by side comparison with a 914 seat would be great.

They look smaller than they are. I was going to use 914's first, and found those. The 914 is about 1 inch more narrow that the widest part of the bottom of the RZR. The backs of the RZR are about the same width as the 914. _________________ Bad News Racing 2018 NORRA 1000 3rd in Class

when i did mine i used a adjuster from some import car, cant remember what one. they were gonna be thrown away so i scooped them. but i only put adjuster on one side. the passenger side i just mounted to the floor.
the brackets and hardware was all custom built by myself. the tracks i mounted right to the seat.
check out my build thread for pictures
also mine are straight black |

I recently came across a set of Rzr seats for sale. There are in really nice condition and cheap. The colors even go with my buggy , though the look may be a little too contemporary for me. Has anybody used the sliders made for these seats in a Manx style buggy yet. I see Rocky Mtn atv sells them. Considering my options... _________________ "It's all a matter of what you like.
