are you expecting a full text answer?

like round and shiny? Sorry, could not help myself.

you should have a 180mm spring pressure plate and sprung center disk.

Since you are looking at yours, why don't you take some pictures? get the model number, manufacturer, etc.

I'm not sure about a Zwitter but here's an NOS clutch disc:

On a Zwitter pressure plate, the 6 springs are still retained in caps with the round holes on top. The holes in the caps went square later on, to identify the introduction of somewhat lower pressure springs.

Thank you!
They offer me a few different, but I want to know what the original looked like in 1953.

Regards,
Koce

a clutch needs to work properly, I would not care too much how original it looks, cause normally you would not see it... get a good quality that fits your car, your engine and transmission will love you for it.

Original, a Zwitter clutch disc is a 180 mm rigid type, no spring type.

Regards.

I'll agree with that.

Here is the illustration page from a 1952 parts book that may help. The only variations listed in the text pages are two different lining materials otherwise this is common for all produced models of the time.

PS I agree with the above, I'm running a sprung centre plate in a 1300cc (Two tone blue springs) pressure plate in the '46. With a modern ball type release bearing retained by 'U' shaped retaining clips.
It needs to work, no one will ever see what it looks like!
