50th Anniversary of the 1967 Volkswagen at California Bug Bash! Sunday July 16, 2017. Gates open at 8:00 am for this family-friendly display and swap event, held on the huge lawn area of the Contra Costa County Fairgrounds in Antioch, CA. Continuing a tradition from the very first event, swap meet spaces are FREE with general admission, which is still only $10 per adult (kids under 12 admitted free). This event is open to all Volkswagens, regardless of year, model or condition. Air and water-cooled models are welcome. The midway will once again feature a vintage bicycle show and swap, Bike Bash, hosted by Tonik Cycles and Vintage Bicycle Supply. I really like the new layout and entrance, easier on our low cars

A whole mob of us are rolling together from the valley and delta areas.

This show gets better each time. I loved seeing all the old school cars last

time like the military split and hebmeuler. Hope to see lots of 67s this year
