We're getting into rebuilding a couple of 25hp engines at the shop. Wolfsburg West has only some of the parts we're looking for. Who else supplies engine parts to rebuild a 25hp engine? Looking for:

Lower head nuts that have a tube affixed to them
Piston rings (no stock at WW)
seals that WW kit does not include such as cylinder seals
would be nice to have a complete hardware kit with reconditioned nuts, bolts and washers as some of ours are not re-usable

Thanks in advance.

Terry, thanks. I'd rather use someone on this continent for what we need since it's small stuff. Oh, and you need to update your listing of VWs in your sig line Very Happy

60ragtop- thanks. I remember looking at that list years ago and forgot about it. Not sure who is left that is still open 9 years later, but I'll give it a shot.

I have some sets over-size piston rings genuine original VW early part number on box is SP105A, translates to 111 198 253 in later numbering scheme. My piston ring supplier tells me that they will 'gap' OK down to standard size just as rings used to be done way back.

PM me if they are of interest to you.
