My right rear brake light blinks when the right blinker is on. Has done this since i bought it. I checked the wiring and everything looks factory nothing hacked up. The left one works like it should with no issue. The right side the blinker bulb looks to be a little dimmer than the left side. Any ideas?

I would start by cleaning all the ground connections (the ones to all the back/side lights) shiny clean. If that fails move on to the other spade connections. Also check for corrosion on the bulbs and tabs inside bulb socket.

As said, your problem is bad grounds. Clean everything up well and coat all the contact surfaces with a thin smear of dielectric grease.
