You could spend the thousand bucks to get yourself a quality welding machine, and learn how to fix it yourself.... Turn that lemon into lemonade and get a new skill.

I have a 67 that the heater channels, rear quarters, rear inner fenders, and the cross over piece / parcel shelf were rotted. I could still jack up the car without the body settling any lower. Something sounds off here.

Post pics, but the best advice buy the welder, start cutting and welding, my 67 was not worth saving but I am doing it anyway, I am stubborn that way. If you can, buy OG steel from someone parting out a car and avoid the temptation of getting easy to source, cheap aftermarket panels. Its way better in the long run.
