Yup, Ace Hardware has both sides that you would need (aka the screw side for the body, and the other side for the boot cover)

Sorry, guys i did not do a very good job explaining what im looking for earlier.
Above are two pics.

The top pic is my 79 Triple white super beetle. I had the top put on 6 months ago and noticed that there is a hole in the side of my car. I have been clipping in my top boot to the (not sure what its called) one visible screw in the pic.

The pic of the red bug is an earlier model, but im assuming The two visible screws should also be on my car?


Are these screws avaliable at ACE hardware like you said?

Comparing this picture to the one I posted above, looks like whomever installed the top didn't do so correctly. I wouldn't think VW engineers/designers would have been happy with all the waviness on the "c" pillar.
