| Working that panel is a slippery slope, you'll have it sanded to the belt line before you know it.......Looking good. |

Hey Zozo, if it's a little amount, I've had good luck ordering it through Tower paints lacquer spray cans. Looked to be really close. I just ordered 2 cans today. |

They have a two can minimum but I have to do my popout frames, safari frames and windshield channels so hopefully that's enough. Ive got it in primer for now. Paint should be here before the weekend.

I rolled the tape edge in order to avoid getting a hard tape line with the primer. By this weekend I should have it blocked and water sanded for blending.

Skim, your Splitty is almost ready for a road trip! The development is stunningly fast! I wonder, your weekends were probably longer that usual! I can relate to that one when I restored my Splitty! Inspiring progress, buddy!

55bundt (Ryan) shortening and checking the steering box. Pitman arm seal replacement. ....bushings were in great shape!

I found that out when I looked. Damn. $94 for 2 spray cans. That's a bit pricey. |

My boy Will Foitik at WAR Restoration is a pro at straightening damaged sheet metal while leaving the OG paint alone. He knocked out my decklid sweet.

We have a paint shop down the street, AJ Foyt paint (yes, that guy used to live in my neighborhood) that loads it in spray cans. $20-$25. Check with your local body shop supply house

You went to Will? I didn't know you were in this part of the world.
Tower wants $38 each (X2) for the acrylic lacquer, plus shipping.
The locals mix it way too green when they color match it, or use the code. |

Ugh that sucks. I live here but grew up in Sacramento. It's crazy here nowadays. I have friends that are teachers there though
Do they need more white less green?
