I'm more impressed that who ever cut the roof off had the smarts to install the convertible B pillar braces.

Interested to see where you go with this, should be fun and thank you for the history on your wheels!

The B pillar braces have that bow, but he is there welded to the body only 5 centimetres bellow of the windows level. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Is doing nothing there... just only hold the roof top... it will be cut off and all the reinforcements on the body will be like (as possible) like the original ones...
Let's see how this will work...

About the wheels, is history... and I love history, even more VW history. Smile
