Headlight wiring?

Help.... we took the headlights out out of our 1969 beetle, without thinking about looking at how the wires were connected at the back. We do not have the connector for the wiring that it looks like we should have, so every wire has it's own connection. I have tried several options and can't seem to get to get it right. There is a yellow, white and brown wire.

"Technical" button at upper right. Hover your mouse cursor over that. Pop list will appear, left click on "Wiring". On the next web page left click on "type 1" at top left of center. Next page scroll down to your year. Enjoy!
