Purchased a set of wiper arms for my '66 project. Lou shipped them sooner than he had to - well packed. I have purchased a few things from Lou - first time leaving feedback, but have been satisfied each time. Will be dealing with him again, no doubt. Thanks, Lou!

Quick reply to my message. Bought and shipped within 24 hours. Shipping came to less than expected and Lou sent me a refund as soon as he shipped the part. I will make sure when I need something to check with Lou first!! Thank you and hope to meet up some time.

I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT HE DID TO ME!
He refunded me for part of the deal because the shipping was less. To me, that says ALOT about character. He could have just kept the money and moved on, but he went out of his way to take care of me. I will buy from him again for sure!

I bought a radio from Lou and now a bay window part and he refunded me some shipping costs because they turned out to be lower then he quoted
got the parts super fast and he's a great communicater !!
