I've used "Griot's Garage' paint as was happy with the end product.

Ive done both tire o/off. No difference in appearance. I mask them n laythem in a row. Then just go back and forth till color is on according to can timing etween layers. Thats when patience pays. Let em sit for days.

Painted my wheels this weekend, had good results with Dupli-Color. 1 can primer, DAP1690, 2 cans paint, HWP101 and 1 can of clear matte, HWP106.

About a 6 hour job, more than half of which was cleaning, sanding, cleaning. Tape and news paper around the rim, taped the valve stems (still on in the photo) and plugged the lug seats with paper towel. New hardware from T3.

I am pleased with the results, the color is slightly lighter than OEM, I wish it was slightly darker but I will have to live with it.
