Doh!! I didn't realize it was the same guy! I shoulda paid more attention I guess. I was imagining something where the radiator essentially replaced the engine lid. I've seen that on a couple watercooled buses.

I figured putting it up in the windstream would work out better.

Here's another shot before the radiator was modified.

Would be pretty difficult to have the radiator replace the engine compartment lid. I have seen them rear mounted off the bumper cage like this:

I for one didn't like the idea of having that level of exposure in the rear, and 2 I was hoping to keep it a little more hidden.

The ecotec is pretty long, you may be able to get something in with a Subaru but I doubt it.
