Sorry for such a basic question...my fuse box isn't attached to the body at all so I ordered the clip for it, how does it attach?

I hate to see a post go unanswered. I went out to my car to see how my fuse box is attached. Sadly, it doesn't use the clips. Instead there are two small pieces of sheet metal that hold it down by way of bolts that go through the bottom of the instrument pod.
Did you order the clip for it from TheThingShop by any chance? On their catalog page for the fuse block they mention that they have instructions. Perhaps they can email you the instructions.
