Help Identifying a Seat

If this is in the wrong thread please let me know.

This was in a 1962 Single Cab but I'm pretty sure it at least has the wrong base. This base is flat and I think a 62 should have a drop down frame to follow the later cab floor.
I'm posting here because it looks more like a Barndoor base...but I dont know.

I posted pictures of the seat back as well.

Can anyone help with this?

rear seat for a double cab. The backrest will work in a single cab. base will work in a barndoor but has way more springs.

Yes, exactly what EmpiGT said above.

Some Barndoor people seek those out to have a more comfortable front seat base, especially if their Barndoor seat has tons of busted springs.

Yes, the backrest is the same as a 58-60 front seat back rest.
Or Double Cab back seat upper, of course.

Your '62 should have a hump front seat, which is 61-62, but the back rest will work until you find the right one. It might sit weird though because the hump seat back rest sits on the hump seat bottom, there are no stops on the body to keep it sitting at a slight angle.
