Looking for recommendations for a body shop in the Front Range area that is willing to take on panel replacement jobs - thus far I've had a hell of a time finding anyone who is willing to do the work. Any suggestions out there of shops that people have experience with? This is an insurance covered situation, so I'm not concerned on finding "a deal" as much as I'm concerned with "doing it right."
Thanks all. |

I had the bodywork on my '76 Jeep Renegade done by Jimmy Poole at Jimmy's Customs north of Wellington, Colorado. He did a beautiful job for a very fair price.
Fair warning......if you are looking for a fancy urban body shop, this ain't it. Total redneck, loves guns and shooting at crap, shop is in the middle of nowhere somewhere by the Wyoming border. Lots of rattlesnakes, most with holes in 'em. He specializes in old car restorations, so not sure if he wants to deal with the headaches that come with insurance jobs. That said....Jimmy is a great dude, does very nice work and is as honest as the day is long. Check it out & good luck.

Hank's Auto Body has always had a great rep, but not sure what their current status is.
Sorry, if during my pinstriping days, I'd have ten worthy of referral. _________________ ‘84 Westy, 2.1L with Digijet, 5.43 R+P, GT Gears

Bookmarked. Looks like the kind of place one could trust a van to. I lived in Ft. Collins years ago and rode lots between there and Cheyenne. _________________ - Jim
