I'm putting a 1904 with 44's in my split bus. Will the stock size fuel line be enough to feed it? Any suggestions on a better setup? Thanks

I've got a 1904 with dual Dellorto DLRA and the stock hard line is plenty. I run the 7mm german hose and use clamps.

There are guys running 12:1 c/r 2276 motors using stock fuel lines and a CB rotory electic pump.

Stock fuel pump with your setup will work absolutely fine. Not certain if your bus has a filter screen on the bottom of the fuel tank but that may be a bottle neck.

I ran a 2110 with stock fuel pump, stock lines with dual 48 dellortos with absolutely no problems.

Has anyone had problems running the screen on the fuel pickup? Seems like something you should have. I'm in the process of cleaning and sloshing the tank so I'm sure it will be clean inside, but I don't want to risk sucking something into the carbs. A fuel filter is obvious, but does the screen hurt any?

What would you use for about 450hp max? EARLs line? -12 line or something?

It will take -6 to provide 500whp for fuel injected engine and -8 to do the same power with a carb, unless you are running methanol in which case you will need -10 for fuel inj and I don't know for carb methanol, never done that.

meh, I wouldn't expect anything smaller to provide that much power anyway. However, wouldn't I be able to use smaller lines(not taht I would though, lol) since the car will be running a ton of boost to make those figures?
