Me thinks it's faked. "Ca" was rarely used as an abbreviation for California (it was usually Cal. or Calif.) before the 2-letter state abbreviations were introduced by the Post Office to help in letter sorting.

I agree with this, especially when the person had tons of their shitty cars seized by the DEA while they spent quite a long spell in prison not long ago.

Yes but it's super crazy rare, it came off a '51 oval with a dual port engine! 😜

Yes very high, I think around half that is tops with the cap and rotor (mine hasn't sold yet at $550).
It does have the wire clips which are a bonus, but still way too much.

It went down to $800 but still way to much for it.
