This has been a challenge. The CAT is only a year old. I have the vanistan exhaust system and the rig runs great and sounds even better. No problem getting 20 mpg on highway at 55-60. Never a problem... other than getting it through DEQ.

The solution was to bring idle up AND retard the timing before testing. It ran like hell, but passed, and then reset timing and idle to standard after the test.
