All four of the body mounts for my '73 are split and badly squished. I was wondering what is the procedure to replace these? or is there some kind of alternative than can be used in their place?

There are body pads by the rear torsion bars and on top of the front beam on the Thing.

The trick is to make sure you can loosen those bolts without breaking them off in the rear like fender bolts. Then it is just using a pry bar and sliding the new one in.
