Not VW-related, but hugely entertaining nonetheless. Two Brits stuffing the drivetrain from a 4WD Celica turbo into a clapped-out Mini. If you're partial to dry humour, you'll enjoy the presentation. Their design and fabrication skills are off the charts. 15 episodes (on YouTube) so far. _________________ '78 Sage Green California Westy 'Ludwig Van'

I check my YouTube subscription list 3 times a day waiting for a new episode. When it's 7-months between episodes, that's a lot of checking. When a new one arrives, I literally drop everything to watch. It's always worth the wait.
The latest fab work on the HVAC is mind boggling. _________________ My never ending 1302 Autocross Project:

Ah yes, an excellent slow-burn series, always makes my day when I see a new episode up! If I had half their fabrication skills and dedication (and half their tools), at least one of my bugs would be on the road right now! Love the humor too, good fun! _________________ Two Bugs-

Every time I watch, I'm amazed. I wonder how many hours they spent on the internet, or some junkyard, to find that door plastic that just happens to fit perfectly over the window motor mechanism.
At some point, they will need to tear it all down to paint the car. All the crusty Celica sub-frame and suspension parts will need to come out to be cleaned up and renovated, and the engine pulled and rebuilt (with lots of extra hp, I'm sure.) Then it'll all need to be carefully re-assembled.
I think we still have a few good years worth of Binky left. _________________ My never ending 1302 Autocross Project:

Episodes 22 and 23 have been up for a while. There's also a video called 'Life After Death ('s horse)', that shows a couple of upcoming projects. _________________ '78 Sage Green California Westy 'Ludwig Van'
