I have had a couple beetles in the past but this will be my first bus. I picked it up in shubuta Mississippi for a great price and I can't wait to get started. The frame was hacked up to fit a ford 460/c4 and ford 9" rear end. It's a hack job and would have been made easier with a new chassis so I picked one up a couple days later. Next on my list is to make some sort of rotisserie and get this all started.

A lot of sheet metal has been screwed into this sucker

Lawn mower seats on top of wood screwed to the floor as well as a bulkhead which is wood with plexiglass and thin aluminum haha

After ripped all that garbage out I found these little deals here behind the seats. It's originally a walk through but I have never seen these before. Have any of you?

This is the amazing frame work don't on top of the original that I will have to cut out... That's why I got another chassis is because this one is cut up and destroyed.

I picked these up and will be using parts off both to restore my original.

Well, you have basically a "clean canvas" now. It being so hacked, you can go any which way your heart desires, resto or full on crazy! Razz
