Lose a bit the screws on the glass, latch and tight the screws.

yea... you can adjust, very slightly, the part on the glass. hopefully that will get you enough room to bring the clasp up and get it locked.

Another thing to try.

Release the top at the windshield header. Don't unlatch it - just release the tension leaving the hooks in their catches.

Latch the rear window.

Secure the top and the windshield header.
