Ask your local Muffler Shops if they would build a replica for you or could recommend another welder/fabricator to do it. Take pictures of it with you and be ready to leave your Bug there for them to use during the measuring/fabrication.

Or why not contact Chad at Bullidriver who makes exact replicas or find a real one. If you can. Lol.
