while running Air Conditioning fuse #19 blows but not immediately, it may run for an hour or so, haven't tested it much, I went thru 3 fuses on a recent 8 hr drive to Florida. When the fuse is blown the fans do not come on until the coolant temp reaches 220 degrees or so and then they run at high speed. On replacing the fuse I've run the van over 8 hours with AC off and the fans do operate as normal on low speed. Any ideas what I should check?

If it were me, I would check the fan resistors next. They are known to fail after some time.
