I've had a couple of the aluminum clamp nuts strip out the little Allen bolt threads in the aluminum, so I had 2 sets machined out of steel. I want to use one set and thought I'd see if anyone wants to try the other set out? I'll sell it for what I got in it which is $60, plus shipping. I have not tested these other than to screw em onto a spindle to make sure threads were good, but it's not like it's a complicated piece. however, I make no warrantee and all liability is on you if u use them ( it's a shame u feel like that has to be said these days)

I never liked the aluminum nuts. Not sure who thought that was a good idea to make. The chromoly version is much better and costs about $20/pair.

Empi. Just about any air cooled VW shop will have them.
