Is my coil oil filled?

I just purchased a NOS 12 volt coil and I'm wondering if it's oil filled. I can't hear any sloshing. The model number is 0 221 102 041. The alternative model is 0221119027. I'm wondering because I would like to mount it upside down.

Probably PCB's depends on what year it was made. If later than the 1970's its probably mineral oil. Transformer Oil using PBC's was band in the US in 1979.

Original Bosch coils supplied for VW were not oil filled. That one is a type III coil from the mid 1970s.
