I'm currently in the process of installing my headliner on my 67 bug with a metal sunroof, and have found that the three rods used for the headliner are not all the same. Two of my rods have bent ends that go with the contour of the roof and my third one is completely straight and also long than the other two, does anyone know if the this is the correct set up and if so what order they go in? Any info about this will help! |

As you have mentioned, there are 3 bows. The straight one is the furthest forward to clear the pocket of the sunroof channel. The rear two are the same as a sedan. _________________ Jeremy Goodspeed

Looks great! Is that crank an option? Never saw a chrome one. Are they available someplace? Thanks _________________ 67 zenith blue sunroof

The sunroof crank handle is produced by Golde and is exactly the same as the OE plastic unit. It was used on Early volvo 240's if I remember. I purchased this unit 20 plus years ago from the dealer. Golde made sunroofs for most of the European cars and crossed over parts whenever they thought they could. _________________ Jeremy Goodspeed
